ExpoPlaza Latina is a premier platform for connecting British Columbian and Latin American organizations in order to explore business opportunities through panel discussions, networking opportunities, and other activities throughout the year.
Why making business with Latin America? Latin America has become an increasingly important area for trade and commerce with Canada. According to the 2012 World Bank study, many Latin American countries have experienced rapid economic growth over the past decade, lifting some 50 million people into the middle class. This increase of the middle-class population has led to changes in consumption patterns in the region, which have expanded export and investment opportunities between Canada and Latin America.
