Positions Available

  • HR Coordinator
Do you love working with people and creating a great volunteer experience? We’re looking for an organized and friendly HR Coordinator to support volunteer registration, role assignments, and ensure our team feels valued throughout the festival.
  • Event Coordinator
Are you a natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments? Join us as an Event Coordinator to help oversee activities, coordinate teams, and make sure every part of the festival runs smoothly and on time.
  • Set Up / Tear Down Team
Do you enjoy teamwork and hands-on tasks? Be part of the crew that brings the festival to life by helping set up before and take down after the event—your work is key to making it all happen!
  • Decoration Team
Do you have an eye for style and detail? Join our Decoration Team to help transform the festival space into a vibrant, colorful celebration that welcomes everyone.
  • Stage Assistant
Love the buzz of live performances? As a Stage Assistant, you’ll work behind the scenes with artists and technical crews to keep the stage running smoothly.
  • Barman (19+ Serving Licence)
Do you enjoy creating great experiences at the bar? With your serving licence, you’ll prepare and serve drinks responsibly while keeping the atmosphere friendly and fun.
  • Bar Assistant
Want to be part of the energy behind the bar? Support our bartenders by keeping drinks stocked, areas clean, and service flowing.
  • Cashier
Are you quick, friendly, and good with numbers? Help process sales and keep our transactions running smoothly as a Cashier.
  • Sales
Do you enjoy engaging with people? As part of our Sales team, you’ll promote and sell festival products and help guests find something they love.
  • Kids Activity Assistant
Love working with children? Join us to create a safe, fun, and creative space where kids can enjoy festival activities.
  • First Aid Support
Are you trained in first aid? Provide basic medical assistance and ensure any emergencies are handled with care and professionalism.
  • Photographers
Do you have a talent for capturing special moments? Help us tell the story of the festival through your lens.
  • Videographers
Do you love creating videos that bring events to life? Capture performances, activities, and the festival atmosphere for future promotion and memories.
