In 2025, ExpoPlaza Latina focused on The Future of Workforce, convening more than 400 attendees, over 50 speakers, exhibitor booths, and strategic roundtables to explore how work is evolving across industries and regions.
Building on that momentum, the initiative now moves from insight to action, bringing together business leaders, institutions, startups, and community organizations to co-create practical solutions, pilot projects, and partnerships that connect talent, technology, education, and public policy between Canada and Latin America, while addressing urgent challenges such as talent gaps, workforce inclusion, AI adoption, diverse leadership, and access to global markets.
