The Dental Reception Short Certificate Program is a short-term hybrid skills-training certificate program designed to prepare participants for employment in dental clinics, community health centres, and private practices.
Over 20 weeks, participants will gain practical knowledge in dental terminology, office procedures, charting, appointment scheduling, insurance processing, and patient care coordination. The program also includes employment skills training and job search preparation to support participants as they prepare to enter the workforce.
This program is ideal for individuals who are interested in dental office support, patient-facing roles, and building a career in dental reception.
